I cut the banner panels with my Silhouette Cameo at 4"h and then used the Wreath and Holiday Bell Designer Dies to embellish them. This banner's small size makes it very versatile. You could use it to decorate a bag or box, hang it across a wreath or open picture frame or simply hang it on the wall.
