Paper Cutz #30 and Just Buggin' #26

Paper Cutz Challenge has a challenge this week that reads: This week make a card, LO or craft project for a feminine birthday using a digital or handstamped image of a fairy, pixie, butterfly or bird, and using only the colors pink, green, white, and lavendar or blue. I got the idea for this gate fold card from watching Mary's latest video at Cardz TV.

The Just Buggin Challenge is to use dry embossing on your die cuts. I used Walk in my Garden for the butterfly and ran it thru the cuttlebug with the paisley folder. I used swiss dots on the background and swirls on the oval. The ovals were cut with George.

Just Buggin' Blog Hop Challenge

Just Buggin' is hosting a Blog Hop and special "Spring" challenge. I just received my Zooballoo and Walk in my Garden cartridges and I used both of them to come up with this card. This was so fun to make....I really love the habitat features on Zooballoo....there are grass, mountains, waves etc.

Paper Cutz Challenge #29

The Paper Cutz Challenge for this week is to make a "Get Well" card. I used my new Walk in my Garden cartridge. I got the idea for this card from this super cute floral paper in the K and Company Carolyn Gavin Greenhouse paper pad. I thought the "button flower" matched well so I just used colors that coordinated with that paper. I am so pleased with the way it came out.

I am having so much fun with this card making....I am not usually very crafty but this is lots of fun.

Cricut Cardz Challenge #13

The Cricut Card Challenge this week was to make

a tall card (9" x 4") using the cartridge and colors of your choice .

The Paper Cutz Challenge was to make a card for a teen.

I used Doodlecharms for the shopping bag and Paisley for the other items.

I think it came out really cute.

This week the Cricut Cardz Challenge was to use the card feature on one of the Cricut cartridges. I used Stretch Your Imagination and this is what I came up with...

Valentine Goodie Bags

I found these cute goodie boxes at the dollar store and used Doodlecharms and George to decorate them. We will fill these with some candy for my daughter to give out to her classmates. Now I have to work on some for my son.
